I think cougars like young cats who can keep up with their renewed desires after they hit their hummmm peek! You know what they say about women once they hit their 30s! Not sure how much truth there is to that.

In my personal Case I find very hard to adjust or "click" with a woman of my age or younger I always dated older than myself........ I think despite the age women are more mature than Men.........In my case I've dated women 15 yrs older than myself, and no problem.
I think it's also NOT ALL about the AGE DIFFERENCE... it's a combination of the age difference and also THE AGE ITSELF. For instance, a 25 yr old with a 20 year old sounds fine and good... but if we go lower in age, it may not be so ok - IE: a 12 year old with a 17 year old.

I see it this way: In a dating or long term relationship neither partner should be old enough to be a PARENT to the other... I think upto maybe 12-15 years of age difference -as long as they are both adults- I can handle, not too much older... But for a lover (I think Genie called it "friend with benefits") - among consenting adults - whatever anyone pleases or wants to try out is fine... personally, I don't think I would want someone 20+ years older! or 10+ years younger either.

What if your son/daughter dates someone much younger/older? What's the biggest age gap you've dated or you would date or be intimate with? What's just a no-no?"
I would have to say that a BIG age difference is a no-no!! By big I mean 20-30 years apart! I know this for a fact because where I work there is a couple that when I first saw them I thought they were father and daughter but then my boss told me that they are a "couple". I was like he is in his mid-fifties and she is in her early's twenties...........
In my opinion 5-10 years are not a big deal !!!! but then again love does not see age!!!!
