Honestly people we all have our own opinions and we are all entitled to express them.. BUT we should try and make them positive or constructive rather than just putting people down with no purpose but to be rude and to make the person look bad... Good luck to you Genie keep doing your thing but make sure that you dont just support your own event but other events as well.. And by the looks of your other postings it seems like you ave supported other events so just continue doing that and dont let your event take priority..

Your right i did make a mistake i bought it at the st. clair flea market that latin place sorry name not coming to me but it was Fitos cd i bought at sunrise!! the Reason i dont have it from the CD release party is cuz i gave that copy to my brother!! Who is a fan of them! but thats all im explaining thanks for ur imput on what u have done and stuff but when i want it i will ask for it!! Till now there the talent i wish to expose be it because im a girl and more power to women in that industry!!!

Hey genie welcome to promoting, as you can see with more promoters out there the more hate, I always said you don’t have to like your competition but to express in a negative way on an open forum or media outlet is common defamation. I have known or have seen all you dj’s singers and people you are all nice people. You guys need to stop trash talking each other. The way to the top is not by talking sh8t about others it’s about making sure your event is the bomb!

If thats not talent and smart i dont know what is!! He is a great dj and would love for all of the ppl to come and see him and the Girls its a great show they put on!! Worth the $10 cover charge!!

Im not contridicting myself Will and the boys know i attend all there events i went to NYC opening night its not my crowd i choose not to go back!! I have been to there cd relase party and yes i went AND BOUGHT THERE ALBUM FROM MY POCKET!! ok so i do support i havent put them down! what i have simply stated or meant to state is that they over look small details as in there security issue!! Which in my eyes the what makes or breaks your event! Now as for you bashing Y2J thats you business and your opinion that you are entitled too! I respect that i do think Diamante are good as well however they havent promoted them selves the way they should, they also havent had that much exposure. Talk to the ppl that are into Reggeaton right now which are the under 19 crowd they know Y2J they know there events are good and its money well invested! Dimante is more known to the older crowd! just like DJ Nash is known to the 19+ crowd.

As for the Man that owns Ace Place - The reason im not getting a cut is my business and what my contract is with him! So im a smart bsns women and im benefitting more than you think!

Genie, is this your event? You put it together? You chose the talent? If you did, kudos to you, woman, 'cause you have very good taste. I liked the CK-Rias track as soon as I heard it on TH Radio. Ladybug told me she could get me their and DJ Medy's CD and she did (we're still working out the details on how to get together), but these ladies are amazing (and I've only heard one song), and Ladybug tells me that DJ Medy is awesome as well... and I trust her taste.

So good for you. I'll be there for sure, 'cause I'd love to see these ladies shining onstage, not just being eye candy, but actually performing. I'm sure this will be a great show.

So Genie your telling me that the owner of the banquet hall isn't giving you a percentage of the contract, because if hes not and your bringing him buisness then your getting ripped off... My friend held an event there and was given a cut of the contract eventhough it was not his event. And everyone knows that this sri lankin man is a good man and he pays people who bring him buisness. And you say that you support all talent, yet on your previous post your putting the boys from code blue down. By simpling saying "no offense" your contradicting your self which makes you a hypocrit. hey i was at the Kazzanova thing and it was very bad, but i also was at the last reggaeton Y2J did in that same hall on January and it was verey good, even with the storm ppl showed up 4 Y2J, so i think u need 2 ask 1st and then talk. but just do this, go, check it out, and then come here and post.

This event is too expensive. This banquet hall really stinks. I went to the Kassanova and the sound was really bad... This banquet hall is very unsecure.. its in the middle of the ghetto.. I dont understand why people continue going there someones gonna get hurt one of these days...Y2J doing their thing but this only proves they need a little more experience..
