THis is a VERY old quote. He said it a long time ago actually because I heard the reaction when this all happend.

Mardonna was VERY poor and very ignorant when he became the best soccer player in the WORLD. His downfall has a lot to do with MONEY and the Italian mafia. Try giving millions to anyone that has not been to school and that basically came from the ghetto and see what happens to them.

People still love him in Argentina and in other parts of the world for what he was. Yes he is a coke head now and it's sad because there were so many people that looked up to him but I really think addiction is a sickness and well he is sick.

As for his comments I see people talk about ALL the money the vatican has all the time including in this foro so I guess that is his opinion.

There are singers and artists that have been BIG TIME druggies and I still like them....I still like Maradonna.
