I think "affairs are never good or well seen" but if your current marriage is so unhealthy & you've tried everything to tell that person that & they still can't let go, then sad but go for it. Maybe asi she gets the point & lets you free.
Now if you have kids, do it, but discreatly so they don't get hurt.

what about hers?? Till death do us part?? In good and bad in sickness and in health?? Why say it if it has no value now?? Dont get me wrong if hes not Happy like you say then he should leave!! What about his kids thats for him and is wife to discuss i mean my parents divorced when i was 10 and trust me and u that was good for us better then seeing them unhappy all the time and arguing even if it was never infront of us!! We take one thing for granted even though we think our children dont know trust me they know more then we think!!
