u see the thing is that the admin has made those threads sticky, if u look at the icons on the side () that means that is a sticky thread meaning that it will stick to the top and not move.

If you are referring to "Latin Events" topics as always being first, I think it’s because they want them to be easy accessible & convenient to see what’s happening every weekend. Which is good
