So here is the scoop with Fregata...
The only latin night is on Thursday. It's actually a Polish owned restaurant.

The music there is great as there is lots of variety. Last summer, it was a guaranteed good time. Lately, however, there are a lot more Polish people than their used to be...and yes some do look like hookers.

You can also find alot of Dominicano's there. You know...the kind that are looking for sugar mamas. You can find a lot of those there too.
In general though, it is a very fun place to be on Thursday nights.
Although frustrating at times, its still fun and you see the same crowd every week.
I will admit, some days can be more ghetto than others, but its mosly fun.
Plus its FREE...and in the west end...its worth a try. Especially now that the weather is getting nicer, more ppl seem to be coming out.

Question to all....
If you went to Plaza this Saturday, how was it? Ever since the fall, I have not been too impressed with the crowd (or lack of crowd) there! Since the shooting, even worse!
Is it getting busier? I used to love Plaza on a Saturday night.
Where have all the people gone?

Fregata is fun.  It is 19+  LAdies free and you have buffet too.


Music is great, variety (not hard core salsa or bachata)


No particular dress code (you can wear nice jeans )    This is all on Thursday nights


On Fridays, is Polish club.

        nice crowd!! yeah no kids and lots of ecuas i know u love them!!! lol


dress code not really but everyone dressed good jeans and tops the guys always look good

Thursday nights in Fregata are really good!! 


The music is great, they play a little bit of everything!!!  You should go and check it out!
