I agree with you, it's got a lot to do with money (sponsors/advertisers/equipment/talent) but it's also people's initiative, like Gisel, for instance, who took the initiative to start her own thing and now she has Latin Vibes. I don't know what mun2 is, 'cause I don't have satellite, but it probably started the same way, by someone taking the initiative to venture out and do something different. But you're right, TLN would not be the best place for something like this.
