I changed "materna" for Jameison's prenatal multivitamins, they are a bit bigger and my stomach is no longer upset. Thank you for all the girls and their wonderful advice!

Vanilla - You should take them right after you eat and if it still makes you sick drink peach juice i find thats the only thing that used to calm my sickness at first its alot of vitamins so it does make you feel sick a bit and yes you should take them before you get pregnant during your pregnancy and as long as your breast feeding you should be taking them! But you should also be taking 1mg of Folic Acid aside the materna its good for you but always consult your doctor as well!!
Are you pregnant?? I thought I read in another thread that you were not. If you are not... I may be way off, but isn't that something you should be taking if you in fact ARE? .... Maybe that's the cause

What brand do you take? you shouldn't be taking them on an empty stomach. If you are, that might be the cause of the upset.
