I personally don't agree with leaving a pet outside. But I'm curious....is it true that certain dogs can withstand the cold?
My next door neighbor is persian and he has a husky and they leave the dog outside all winter ...poor dog this weekend he was howling....I'm not fond of any pets but that's not right if you don't have the time or will to care for a pet ...don't even bother.
I would've called the humane society, that's not right leaving your pets in te cold like that
