It says "Private Property" white ticket issued at the parking lot at Humber Hospital
I've heard such tickets don't have an effect the way Municipal tickets do (i.e.: Even if you don't pay 'em, you can still renew your sticker, etc); but they are likely to try and collect (wanna be hussled by a collection agency?). I have also heard that they can't really enforce tickets issued at health care facilities - not sure, but I'd pay it -or at least look very closely into it.
Anyways, how much is the ticket for? And are you and the baby okay?

My guess would be that if it's issued by some private security Co. Then, no, it would be like a regular ticket, but if it's issued by your minicipal parking enforcement, than I'd think that, yes, it's just like a regular ticket. (Not sure what/how much jurisdiction municipal eforcement has on a private property, but I would assume they have just as much as on regular roads. For example to issue tickets for parking on handicap spots)
