I dont think that Osama is dead.   Just like i dont believe Escobar is dead.

As for Benazir, that is believeable.

Al Qaeda's No. 2 allegedly criticizes Obama

President-elect Barack Obama received a heavy dose of ridicule and a warning in a Web audio message alleged to be from al Qaeda's deputy leader, Ayman al-Zawahiri. The message told Obama "a heavy legacy of failure and crimes awaits" him. The speaker also compared Obama unfavorably to the late Malcolm X and used a racial insult to belittle the incoming president.
