A couple of years ago I figured I'd invest in a "good" bottle of tequila. I'm not a tequila connousieur so I figured expensive=good. I bought a bottle of Cabo Wabo. Was nearly $100 for a dinky bottle, AAAAND... you can't even friggin shoot it! You can sip it, but if you shoot it, it goes down really rough, and the after taste...ugh
Yeah cabo wabo is sh|ty..but they have very good marketing..
another good sip'ing tequila is Don Julio Real...pricey but smooth like a "silka"

I am not a tequila fan - I rarely ever order tequila... I guess the regular stuff that they sell at the LCBO is not the stuff you guys (and gals) consider good tequila... What tequila is good and where do you get it?

Hmmmm... actually, I might've tried this, in an effort to get a quick buzz. I don't think it wold change the taste thaaaat much. Vodka is virtually tasteless. They probably put ti in there to make it more 'potent'

I prefered to drink beer or gin and tonic. When I really want to get drunk, whisky on the rocks will do for me. I like tequila but it is very rare to find good tequila at a regular bar or club.
Doesn't sound to good... BUT, I once was introduced to a shot, that I though was going to taste like crap!! Turns out it was reeeeeeally good. (Or maybe it's because it's hard for me to find a shot that actaully tastes good) As a shot only, though I don't even know if it has a name, but it's about 3/4 cognac (which I hate) and about 1/4 creme de mente (which I also hate). You should adjust to your taste.... but together, in a shot, it's awsome!!
