That's just proof that it can happen anywhere.
For me, as long as it doesn't come from China (or anywhere else where I don't trust the quality control) I'm good to go.
I trust the nutritional value and the ingredients, more than the brand.

It really depends on the food, but most of the time brand name is better. A good example is sliced bread. Wonderbread cost $2.00 more than the no name sliced break, but it's SOOO much better. You can really taste the difference.
