I've been living in Parkdale for 35 years, nobody in his right mind would go eat there unless they are the scary crackheads,pimps, hookers or the homeless man who hangs around the corner. The food inspectors often do their regular surprise visits there and when they do the restaurant closes for a few days until it gets the green light again.
