The sucess of Obama was he's very smart and he gathered the best people on his staff, he didn't do the typical Afroamerican "thing" to get around people like him in order to keep it in the "hood".
He was very smart he played very safe...remember Jeremiah Wright ?? Have you ever heard rfom him....he was a liability for BO and BO "froze" him......
Obama's strategy was perfect, he was aware that in the US the minorities are the mayority and he reached them, black, latinos, asians, etc etc...and he used every toold on his hands, facebook, txt messages, internet; last week obama volunteers knocked 1.5 Million doors in Nevada...in one week ! he's very very organized.
I think McCain was humble in his speech and he made a lot of good points. All in all he demonstrated to be a good loser.
As for Obama ---What can I say? Amazing speech and I wasn't too suprised to see the kind of crowds he draws. He won over the latinos voters & the young democratics more so than anyone else.
last night a barrier was broken.. not just for the US but for the world. our kids can now aspire to be anything they want to be - someone finally did it.
DC was crazy last night, people were out on the streets celebrating. i walked to the white house and there were thousands of people outside celebrating and chanting "nah nah nah nah, nah nah nah nah, hey heyyyy gooodbyeee!"
He did it...the Dems also took the Senate and the House, he was able to turn into blue very red states.....In his last night speech he mentioned it won't take 1 or 2 years or even a term for fix the problems...but I think he needs to prodive economical stability and security asap.....
Tomorrow history day will elect the first half-black US President (OBAMA) or the first US presidet that was born in a latin country (McCAIN ), he was born in PANAMA, in case you didn't know.
I can't wait for tomorrow.....big surprises this weekend and lot's of "low blows". If you notice lots of reportes, radio, tv news are saying that is a win for obama that McCain should give in....
I don't think do...sounds like the Dem's paid the media to discorage voters and they turn to Obama...
lol ...McCain is frustrated because he knows he is losing....I saw highlights of the interview not all. Same with the infomercial. It was well put together and very real.
He has spent more $$$ in the advertising 4 to 1 than McCain. lol
he spent 24 mill. that's actually the same amount harper spends on his security per year.

I think right now he is the right person for the job. Looking at everything now people are not ready but really what choice is there? So mucho chaos.
They are even suggesting to closing the stock market (not advertising stats on tv) for a week in order to calm people down.
Eggsactly!!! I wish Americans could see beyond colour and realize he's just the right person for the job and the times. I honestly hope they see the light... but I wouldn't bet on americans. Their track record is not the bestest.
I saw both clips... they were friggin' hilarious. SNL is getting in sh it (I don't swear) right now because they're saying these apperances and the whole Tina Fey skits will actually help the republicans. Who understands americans? I certainly don't.
He passed with flying colours. The National Post has published that McCain is irresponsible for chosing Palin. The National Post has confirmed they are supporting Obama...yeah! I really like Obama's style....very cool, eloquent and collected!

Fo'Sho....it was the best McCain performance the first 30 mins he whoop Obama's ass....but after Obama was able to redirect the debate. McCain Put obama on the spot but obama just cruised throught the debate with ease, Obama calmly deflected Mccain's Jabs with his elocuence.
Obama never looked knocked off stride by McCain's Jabs, in fact he smiled at McCain;s attacks and spoke directly to the camera, McCain was adressing to Bob Schieffer.McCain failed on his attempt to nailed Obama with the ACORN and Ayers links ...he fall short.
I found very funny how Mccain used an average "Joe" to help his campaing. The best part was when McCain csaid he is not Bush, he keeps trying to distance from Bush and I believe that his biggest burden.
Mccain was angry, agitated, eye rolling the best part was the frustation expression of Mccain.....they are priceless...McCain shot his load and nothing happens Obama still ahead on the polls....
