Nope... whomever calls it first, gets to be the one that 'likes' her. I think it's a bit different amongst girls though, no?
However, I did have a situation, when I was really young, where I was dating this girl, and a friend (really close friend/best friend) of mine, ended up 'getting' her WHILE I was dating her. I walked away and never spoke to them again
