As long as they look HOT, age is irrelevant... when it comes to having fun.
But for long term, some of us younger men would preffer a woman with plenty of time left on their biological clock.

I think women with older men is okay if the diffrence isn't a HUGE one, but women with younger men are just nasty. Viejas y Morvosas.
