Unless it's 25 degrees, dry and sunny, people will complain. I've learned to live with all this stuff. Makes it a lot easier on my mood. Rain is just water. The same stuff we shower with. I remember as a kid we used to love walking or riding our bikes in a hot summer rainy day. Good times
