Congratz to LDU, I sincerely hope they take it all, it'll be good for Ecuadorian soccer, plus they have played well the entire tournament, they deserve it!
and lets not forget Ecuador plays Argentina on the 15th and colombia on the 18th

I can't wait for those eliminatorias games - it will be tought to beat Argentina; but if we can come out with at least a tie, it wouldn't be too bad... and hopefully we can take 3 points on the game vs. Colombia!
I am not a fan of LDU and I can't say I am "cheering" for them; but I am certainly keeping an eye on what's gonna happen... I DO hope Liga wins - not because I am cheering for the team itself; but more because it IS representing ECUADOR and it will show that Ecuador, as a nation, is getting better and better as a futbol nation ... History in the making!

how is it wrong? cause i wont cheer for liga ..sorry my team is barcelona and that is who i cheer for... if i cheer for another team i'm not a fan off barcelona.. if u want to JUMP on the band wagon then thats u, but don't call yourself a fan of emelec cause a true fan will never cheer for another team...it like if your a leaf fan, but they don't make it to the playoff who are u going to cheer for the canadiens, or senetors cause they are a canadian team it just wrong..
it good that liga made it this far, but have u realized most have there wins have been at home not away.. they are playing in Brazil where the tempture is hot so good luck your going to need it.. as a Barcelonista i can't cheer for another team even if its from my country I don't jump on the band wagon like most people
this might be true but at the same time is not like they lost big time with any of the other teams, and when they played america in mexico it was also hot and it was an away game.
like Danny said they had FLU in their group and they didn't get killed by them they gave them a good game and the game they lost could have gone either way, Liga has a really good chance to win it...... even if u don't like liga, as a soccer person u should be able to see that a win would do big things for soccer in ecuador.

it can be done...we managed to play a good game in mexico were the weather is very hot as well....liga tiene que aprovechar y ganar en casa con un 2-0 or 1-0 ...liga rarely looses at home..but a tie wont be enough...im actually happier then we play flumi instead of boca......first time both teams made it this far so anyone can win
