If they cut it wrong....you will die in a matter of about 45 mins.
I read one time, okay fine, I saw on tv one time, where they stitch up the sac/gills/whatever containing the poison and then that why when they cut the fish, there is absolutely no poison in it, thereby making it completely safe to eat, and just giving the illusion of a potential danger.
I'd try it - just ONCE to find out for myself what the big hype is all about... Hopefully I'd survive to really love it and have some more -or- to just have experienced it... Me likes food and it's lunch time!
