And about the proper temp of serving red wine , I heard from a vintner that back in the day, 'room temperature' was actually colder than what we know now because there was no such thing as central heating. Therefore, ergo, that is, what I'm saying is, red wine served at what we know as room temp today is a little too warm. Plus aren't cellars cold?

I agree with you chile. YOU and I can do what ever the heck we want, and it will be cool. Anything an Argie does, is plain ludicrous by default.

Now, dear Dogo...you must make us all those drinks. That is an order.

Cinzano is good, so is Gancia lick.gif (a bit too sweet though)
Fernet con coca is awsome (its an acquired taste though)
Clerico is essentially vino blanco con mixed fruits, cut kinda small (NOT like Canadian fruit salad hmm.gif) You make it in a jug con un espoon largo adentro to mix. You should mix a bit of something else in it to make a bit lighter, como orange juice (or whatever) or sprite/7up.. ah! y hielo!
really good though

Los Chileans do it too... it's called "Jote"... but you must use low quality wine...that one that comes in tetra pak.

Oh!  and we also mix beer with Fanta (orange pop)... that you should try, specially in a hot day. We call it "Fanshop"...

Exactly what happened to Massi and yellow Tail they became very popular therefore the quality decreased.

There is a wine I LOVE (But chilenita won't drink it it's American) it's Called Francis Coppola IF you can find it get ready to pay 46 bucks..IF you find it.

that's like 30 something dls bottle ..and it's good...Try Fench wines from the Rhona Region.

I favourite inexpensive ($20-25 @ LCBO) at a restaurant I know used to be:

COTES DU RHONE PERRIN RESERVE - AOC COTES DU RHONE - RED

PERRIN RESERVE AOC COTES DU RHONE - RED
