Also, I think eating schedules or the time you eat affects it... one of my biggest sins is to eat VERY LATE too often - At least a couple of times per month or maybe even once a week, I find myself eating something like a full plate of pasta.... or like last nite, a good serving of Porketta (sp?) aka Italian hornado and bread. ashamed.gif

It's lot easier for people that live with someone you can share chores with, or if you live at home. People that are single and live alone can probably relate more to what I'm saying

I can relate and can see whow $11-13 a day would be cheap for food consumption... that is generally what I spend in ONE meal - and the meals I generally get are not healthy options.  I'm one of those that don't look to closely at what I eat... If I see it/crave it, I just get it and eat it...

But yeah, seems that the older I get, the harder it has become to keep from gaining weight.   My metabolism has changed + with work life and less dedication to physicall activities (such as playing sports, or even walking longer distances), it seems that weight may just stay on.

read the article I posted yesterday..... it might help u a bit.... i find that eating a lot of fruit helps ur metabolism big time....... so give it a try.

try fruit like grapes, apples, oranges, peras.... etc.

So Dogo, is there a day in the week where you have a lot of time, say maybe 2 hours to yourself?

I agree with X. Dogo you can save yourself all his money and just do it yourself.
Stop eating bought lunches, or do it less frequently. Preparing your own lunch gives you the advantage of knowing that what you eat is healthy and with less 'junk' in it.

If you're really looking to lose some weight, why not just start by going for a run around your block? No seas tan lazy!

Has anyone tried these types of programs?
They are a lot cheaper than I thought
About $370 for a 28 day program (if you do it for just one 28 day block) about $13 a day
If you do for more than a month it's $320 per month (and more savings if you keep going) that's about $11 a day. That's what I spend on lunch most days hmm.gif
It includes breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks (on the mens program) for all 28 days
Or even if you don't want to loose weight, it might be a good think for single people
