It comes in little toothpaste-like tubes. You suck one in every time you're hungry. The mac and cheese flavoured one is very good

Yes, that's where i was going. I was going to suggest to make lots of whatever you had time to make, and freeze the rest for when you are short on time. That's what i usually do, specially with sauce or veggies.

If you want to shed 10 to 15 pounds, that seems reasonable. As long as you stick to it and don't cheat. I guess it helps when you join a "system" 'cause the DIY way of doing things rarely works. I'd say, go for it.

@ Dogo - u so bought into the commercial. I gotta say it does sound really good this program.

Anyhow I agree cooking healthy is not easy & it's time consuming if you got a busy life & then ur left to resort to fast food, but if you can afford the program...I say go for it & keep me posted. LOL

There is this bar I go to that they have this older Italian lady come and cook, like twice a week - I must say, "home style / momma receipes" of a few Italian dishes I've tried are good!

Eating too late is not the best for one's health or weight control... but sometimes, yeah, it just seems like it's worth to ignore and eat away! I just happen to do it too often.
