I've had to deal with a couple of irate costumers a couple of times - they were upset for one reason or another and start using foul language and yelling ON THE PHONE... All I do, is politely tell them that I do not have to put up with their language and to please call back when they have cooled down then I just *HANG UP* biggrin.gif

Most of you work in the service industry, but have you guys been assualted(insulted, sexually harrassed etc...) by a customer?

I haven't (Thank God) but I've witnessed an assault the other day at the second cup, this lunatic spat and threw a book at the poor barista because he didn't make her soy latte the way she wanted it! I just couldnt believe it! what the f*ck is going on with people nowadays?!blankstare.gifconfused.gif
