If you're using IE then it's under Internet Options.

Go into "preferences" in whatever browser you're using.

Look around for the Auto-fill option and uncheck it.

You kow when you go into a site and the click, double click (or whatever) and it auto-fills the password? yeah.... how do you stop that from happening, without changing passwords?
