hey fea: i'd post more often, as long as there is something that amuses my eyes.

and as for the food, my fav' is the "HOME MADE FOOD" always made with the best ingredient ..."LOVE"
I'm sure some of you are agree with my statement....or

Gallopinto porque en nicaragua el arroz se mezcla con frijoles rojos, y la apariencia es de un gallo con manchas rojas. Es lo mas delicioso del mundo y no hay mejor desayuno que un gallo pintito con cuajada y tortillas. Yummy. Se cree que inicialmente los indigenas mezclaban los frijoles con maiz, pero cuando se introdujo el arroz a latinoamerica, entonces se empezo a preparar con arroz. Now my boss, who's canadian, sees it as a "delicacy" when I bring it to work... I find that so funny.

but listen, I mean! Read…lol. That’s exact same answer I got from a trucho fren’. Although it still didn’t kill my curiosity…but What bout “the gallopinto” name?….

       Hey good question when i asked my grandmother she said its cus el arroz se casa con los frijoles jajajajajjajaj she was just playing but its funny no!! or just me!!

but why "casamiento" or "gallopinto"?? what's the origin of these names?
pls xplain....??

Mmm, let's see: I love sushi (), panzerottos, mexican food (Plaza Garibaldi used to be good, not so much anymore). Anything that they sell at El Bodegon is great. And at the risk of sounding self-serving, I do like what I cook (other people do too).
