Gallopinto porque en nicaragua el arroz se mezcla con frijoles rojos, y la apariencia es de un gallo con manchas rojas. Es lo mas delicioso del mundo y no hay mejor desayuno que un gallo pintito con cuajada y tortillas. Yummy. Se cree que inicialmente los indigenas mezclaban los frijoles con maiz, pero cuando se introdujo el arroz a latinoamerica, entonces se empezo a preparar con arroz. Mmm, let's see: I love sushi (), panzerottos, mexican food (Plaza Garibaldi used to be good, not so much anymore). Anything that they sell at El Bodegon is great. And at the risk of sounding self-serving, I do like what I cook (other people do too).
