I get them alot.. I've had them since I was 8 years old when I was a kid I took the pills but now that i'm older I don't take any pills.. they told me it was sinus but they could never find it in me, even a CT scan didnt find it, so I guess i'm f@cked with them
@TV Buff: Your headache will go away as soon as March Break is over and the kiddo's back to school!
Actually, true story: my little buffster was playing with his DS while I was lying beside him in pain and he goes: "do you want me to give you a massage?" And then he gave me three soft taps on my back and he's like, "Okay, done."
Of course, he then kept playing with this DS and there's nothing worse for a headache than hearing that goddamn Zelda song ALL DAY.
Oh, and Note to Self: Send the buffsters to Massage Therapy School. That'll be a good investment. Along with Cooking School.
So I got one of the worst migraines I've ever gotten in recent years and two and a half days later, I still have a headache. I asked around at work for suggestions, legal or otherwise (yes, Chile, a few people recommended pot) and ended up putting salted water through my nose (for a Sinus Migraine, which mine seems to be), I got a couple of Tylenol Sinus, an excedrin and I'm on my way out to get the blue gel caps, 'cause nothing seems to be working.
I am now immune to Advils, which worked fine before, and last night I had to take Percocet, so that I could sleep. I'm running out of choices...
Sometimes...reduce your chocolate intake....and cafeine is always good, just wondering ar you constipated ...because a doctor told that's another reason.
WTF Dude?!?!?
LOL
I don't eat chocolate, one coffee a day for me......and I'm normally regular.
I haven't had them in a couple of years.....but they've returned with a vengence!
It sucks!

Thanks for the suggestions......especially Bufferina's......You're a doll!
I actually found this thing called MIGRASTICK. It's like a little roll-on tube has different kinds of oil extracts....You rub it on your temples or the back of your head.....it sort of cools it and numbs it....and the smell is theraputic...
I've used it twice since I got it yesterday....and it works well.
