we checked out Pangaea restaurant yesterday for a friend's birthday... its a very good restaurant, they even had Jazz music playing lightly in the back ground for ambiance reasons i guess... we didnt know about the "winterlicious" thing until we went there... since its in the bloor/bay area i didnt think it was gonna be that cheap... worth checking out most def..

I went to Jump Cafe on Saturday. The Winterlicious menu is limited, like Dogo said. I liked it though. The place is nice, good bar, etc....I would recommend for people to check it out....but I wouldn't go back again. Nothing wrong with the place.....but it didn't WOW me.
We wen't on Saturday to Coco Lezzone for this The place and the service is awsome. The downside: the 'Winterlicious' menu is very limited (2 entrees, 2 or 3 main dishes and 2 deserts to choose from) After dinner we sat around, a couple of us sipping on some drinks, and were asked, very nicely, that if we didn't mind clearing the table they'd buy us a round at the bar. (I had mixed emotions about that, but whatever) There was a big lineup for tables. We ended up getting two paid rounds and hanging out at the bar till closing. The whole staff is great. I wouldn't mind going again... even if not during Winterlicious
