 300-400 for an 88 tercel? good luck with that. A co- worker got 50$ for a 90 oldsmobile


Anyhow lorenna , why would you want to buy a tercel???.

92-94 tercels are really old , even though they can last longer I would not recommend you to buy a car that is that old.

You can probably get a car like that for 500$-2000$

Mechanically they may be good , but those car aged really fast on the outside

What is your budget??

And if you are worry about finding parts and stuff , they are not that hard to find , many corollas at the junkyard if you can't find at certain part. However if you really want a reliable car , parts are easy to find , easy to fix, reliable , good on gas and looks good , I would recommend you to buy a honda civic, you can not go wrong with them

I've found that you can get good deals buying a car at an auction.  THIS ONE (Mr. Jutzi) is in the Kitchener/Waterloo area but it may be worth your effort.

my dad owns a 94 Tercel as well. Those cars drive forever :).

I think he would prob want to sell it .biggrin

Or I can sell you my 2010 Viper :)

But I'd say that you probably would have a bit more trouble finding parts for ANY Brand/model car from the early 90s, than more recent models. Regardless if it's a Tercel or whatever

Hola chicos estoy buscando un carrito usado y me gusta mucho el Tercel. Mi esposo me dijo q al estar descontinuado ya es muy dificil encontrar las piezas del auto si tienes q cambiarlas, pq si me compro uno seria del 92-94. Les agradeceria sus comentarios
