yeah, I did.. and I've used several softwares to recover the $hit...
but nothing works :(
@ mismo: yes... nights and nights of rendering for nothing
what program did u use to burn the file?
~X
I use Toaster... but this tym I didn't burn it... I was waiting for my classmate to review the changes first... you know... WOMEN
i don't get it, u where going to show her the stuff but u deleted it before u did? how did u think to show it to her when u deleted it
~X
I was cleanning the computer up... there were too many captures and it ran too slow.... I didn't realized I was erasing the project too
you can imagine my mother was "greeted" by my classmate several tyms
**** bro thats a big mess u got there one thing u should do is get a firewire and all ways make a back up.
~X
The best softwrare I used was "File Salvage"... it recovered everything...the only problem was that I had 11 thousand .mov files to search for...and they don't come with the original name... so u end up with 459.mov file and $hit... Good luck searching thru those files... I really recomend it to find erased files in mac... but is a pain in the a$$...
The length of this post is cuz "Safari" sucks...

I know i haven't posted here in ages, but this I really needed to share with the World Wide Foro...(WWF)
A classmate and I have been working in an animation short (movie) for a couple of weeks already... we've done the drawings, the animation, the soundtrack... everything...
the thing is that I made some tweaks to the project. I export it to be burned into a CD the next morning...(next morning was show time) Everything was flawless... the animation, the sound, the composition...fawk, EVERYTHING... this was by far the best project for me so far...
The thing is that I call my classmate to show her the project... I told her how awesome the $hit is and everything and when I try to show it to her, the project wasn't there... neither the project or the captures (the drawings)
What happened was that after I exported the project into a movie I erased some of the $hit I had in my computer, including the movie... and since I work with a mac, trying to recover ur info is almost imposible...
I've used several recovery softwares, but nothing works properly...
thanx and come again...
