I sleep between 4 and 7 hours...I really try to get 5 minimum but it's hard. You will definitivaly see a change in your moods but the body also adjust.

But try to get some extra sleep when you have a chance to avoid your body to crash after a while.

If it is something you have to do then...

For a long period of time I used to get 3 to 5 hours sleep per night
As of late, about 6 to 7. (1hr on sex nights toocool.gif) And it makes a HUGE difference, even in attitude.
And lack of sleep just fu*cks you up in the head, dude. Seriously

Anywhere between 4-7 hours on weekdays... weekends, usually a bit more (6-9 hours) - all depends.
