I work nights and days during the same week, I usually sleep about 4-5 hours, but when I work at night I sleep about 4. HOwever ,when I work the first night and ,I'm supposed to sleep during the day, I usually don't ,and go for more than 24 hrs without any sleep. In the beginning is hard; amazingly, the body kind of get used to it, so it's not as bad as it seems. wink
