is not that he is not worth being a president because he is an Inca, is the way a president should care himself, he represents his country and from what i can see in this video it looks like his country doesn't have much education.

is not that he is not worth being a president because he is an Inca, is the way a president should care himself, he represents his country and from what i can see in this video it looks like his country doesn't have much education.
