From what I heard from my friends who went to the show here at the Bell Center in Montreal on October 12...that Mark Anthony was awsome but Jennifer Lopez was not. My friends almost didn't heard some words that she was saying in spanish....meaning that JLO has some improvement to do to make herself understand well in spanish. After all, she is more a dancer than a signer.
i mean..anything could happen....and someone could have brought a gun or knife into the ACC...... kind of wierd
They did check ladies purses etc. Gun? Nife? should we be worried of those things in a concert of that category? They dont really check in Basketball games or any other events at the ACC. Is not like is a club setting.
I actually ended up going i was n floor levels brapppppp
Marc Anthony's show was defntaely 10/10 !!!! for sure
JLo was good.....but nothing compared to Marc....or maybe cuz i like his music better than JLos......good cocnert overall
and the comedian was sickkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkk lol
biggg joker...
and of course la bandera Peruana up on Stage !!
comedian was ok brother, not original enough. we've all heard those jokes somewhere before. "Gotta start beating your kids"...... sounds like a Russell peters joke doesnt it?
Marc Anthony rocked!! I sang my heart out. I've seen him before and he's put on better shows, but he was still amazing last night!! I him
As for JLo i only liked her dancing. For a pregnant woman she did a good dance performace. Too bad i can't say much for her singing Oh and yup, she's preggors alright!
I really wanted Marc Anthony to close the show. You should always save the best for last.
Everyone is saying the same thing...her dancing was okay. That is not enough reason to think you should be on tour. She has NO musical talent. I think she is a great dancer as well but this is was not dancing with the stars tour. Those who can't sing SHOULD NOT

If love is the answer, could you rephrase the question?
Jose I didnt know u went too..lol...I thought Marc anthony should've closed the show...he was wikkid....J-lo...meh...I mean she looked good, but...her show was nowhere near as entertaining as marc athonys...

- I agree, it would've been better if he closed the show. I guess he doesnt go by the "Ladies fisrt" rule :). - J-lo is so pregnant is not even funny. Video cameras focused from her breast up all night long, rarely a full body shot from far!
- Tickets were a bit pricy, this was a long concert (Half of which was great), they tried to make peoples money worthy. Concerts at the ACC usually dont go past 1 1/2 hours.
YEA JLO WAS BLAH!!! SHE WAS BORING!!! THEY TRIED TO HIDE SO MANY WAYS HER PREGNANT WAYS BUT YOU COULDNT HIDE IT!!! FIRST OFF AS BAINA SAID SHE WORE ALL CURTAINS TRUST ME HER WARDROBE WAS AWFUL....AND SHE CANT SING IN SPANISH FOR CRAP!!! SHE EVEN FORGOT THE NAME OF HER SONG!!! AND HER MEDLEY OF SONGS WERE ALL OVER THE PLACE.....SHE WOULD SING 3 SLAMMING SONGS THEN SHE WOULD FOLLOW IT BY A QUICK INTERMISSION AND PUT U TO SLEEP WITH 4 SLOW SONGS...... I ALSO EXCEPTED HER TO COME OUT WITH MORE DANCERS AND ALOT MORE DANCE ROUTINES BUT WE GOT NOTHING!! ON THE OTHER HAND MARC ANOTHONY DID ROCK THE HOUSE....I WAS PLEASED THAT MARC SANG ALOT OF HIS CLASSIC SONGS THE ONLY ONES HE DID MISS WAS "EL CANTANTE" AND THAT OTHER BALLAD HE HAS IN ENGLISH THE ONE THAT GOES "MY BABY YOU ARE THE REASON IM ALIVE" THE FAVORITE WEDDING SONG (I DONT MEMBER THE NAME) BUT OVER ALL MARC CAME TO HALO (JLO) AID. THEY BOTH CLOSED THE SHOW WITH THERE SONG "NO ME AMES".

I DONT CARE WHAT YOU HAVE TO SAY, IM A PROUD MEMBER OF THE S.L.U.T CAMPAIGN
She finally goes on the road for the first time ever after releasing seven albums in the past eight years -- the most recent one, Brave, this past Tuesday -- and all anyone can talk about is whether she's knocked up.
A recent picture of Jenny From The Block's growing tummy underneath one of several billowing, stomach-hiding costumes that she's currently favouring on stage has only fanned the gossip flames, which she refuses to confirm.
US magazine declares Jennifer Lopez, who has never missed an opportunity in the past to show off her flat stomach, is four months along and expecting twins and they've never been wrong before have they?
Lopez remaining mum on the subject isn't a total surprise.
She never announced her marriage to fellow singer and husband No. 3, Marc Anthony either, and now the couple is on the road together with a co-headlining tour that arrived at the Air Canada Centre last night. (Possibly with their future kids in tow?)
That's a good news/bad news scenario.
Of the two singers, you can probably guess which one's the better belter in both English and Spanish.
Anthony, who recently co-starred opposite his wife in the Hector Lavoe bio-pic, El Cantante, which came and went from North American theatres earlier this year, possesses a powerful tenor that has catapulted him to the title of best-selling salsa singer of all time.
For Lopez, it's more about coming up with some kick-ass dance moves to distract and divert from her weak voice.
JLo can usually shake her ample behind with the best of them given her Fly Girl history on In Living Color but with an apparent bun in the oven, Lopez's movements were kept to a minimum -- she performed them in short spurts with the exception of Get Right -- and let her dancers take over most of the A-moves.
Lopez's hour-and-10-minute closing set kicked off with some fireworks and Do It Well, the upbeat dance single from Brave, but was followed by more crowd-pleasing hits like Jenny From the Block, If You Had My Love, Waiting for Tonight, Love Don't Cost a Thing, and Let's Get Loud.
"Canada, this is so exciting!," she said. "It's one thing to be on tour for the first time ever, but it's another to get all this love. I'm just glad you all came out to share with us."
Anthony, meanwhile, was a lively and engaging entertainer during his opening hour-and-15-minute set, singing and dancing enthusiastically alongside his 15-piece band scattered across three levels of platforms behind him.
He also interacted often with the crowd, offering an outstretched hand or blowing a kiss or getting thrown a flag from the audience (at last count he had collected four).
While introducing one of two English-language tunes he performed, You Sang to Me, he explained that he wrote it many years ago for "a cute, adorable girl" he knew.
"She's now my wife," he added.
But the big moment came during loud and sustained screams and applause just as his set was coming to a close.
Anthony moved away from his microphone and repeatedly held his hand to his chest, finally falling to his knees and kissing the floor of his stage.
"Thank you, God bless you, thank you," he said humbly before collecting himself.
Turns out just as many people came for Anthony, who also performed his big crossover hit I Need to Know last night, as they did for his tabloid-darling wife.
Their show-ending, hand-holding duets were sweet but didn't pack anywhere near the punch of Anthony's solo set.
He sang most of his salsa hits....with a few english one ("need to know", "sang to me")....which I was glad for. I was really fearing he would only sing his english stuff. He did a few Hector Lavoe covers from the movie....His voice wasn't all there....but he was good. I'm not a Marc Anthony fan....but I must admit that everytime I've seen him perform....he kills it! Not as hype as I've seen him in other shows....but good enough. He had the attention of the crowd for the entire time he was on stage. He wore some black matrix looking thing.....and his gray suit at the end.
As for J-Lo.........My mama taught me that if you don't have anything good to say about some......don't say anything at all. I'll leave it at that. I'll just answer Bufferina's question.....She wore curtains on stage...and you could still see a belly.....so you put it together.
The band was killer!!!
They encored with two duets......the last being "No Me Ames" (don't know if that's the actual name of the song)....the salsa version....
I agree with MIX.....at LEAST she could have worns some super tight white pants or skirt...lol
Thanks, Baina. That's the details I was talking about. I'm so glad I saw Marc Anthony when he came a few years ago to Massey Hall. He was alone and that place is so small and cosy... I've said before that I'm not a big fan of JLo as a singer... love her as an actress, but not as a singer. Now I'm gonna go read the whitey reviews. I'm sure they hated it, with all that Salsa and not much dancing (I assume... JLo being preggers and all)

Okay, people... this is not enough... I need details, lots and lots of details. How was the concert? What did they sing? How did they sound? Is she pregnant? did you guys take pictures? Come on, details!!!
Jose I didnt know u went too..lol...I thought Marc anthony should've closed the show...he was wikkid....J-lo...meh...I mean she looked good, but...her show was nowhere near as entertaining as marc athonys...
For those of you who went to the concert, What did you think?
I personally think Mark Anthony was off the hook (10/10), J-lo almost put me to sleep..... was it just me? Maybe I was just so dissapointed that I didnt get to see any of her $2,000,000 @$$.
