the freakin ice cream truck comes by at almost 9 at night, plays his music and stays for a while......ITS 9 degrees outside mang! COOOOOLLLLDDD

or maybe hes dealin drugs and usin the ice cream truck as a cover...its possible...hmmm......leme goaskhim or special green ice cream, wink and see where this goes.
