i think its called enjoying the fruits of your labour....i mean after all a singer a musician a band a rapper etc...all have one thing in common...they make music with hopes of captivating the audience...otherwise why be in the industry in the first place? for you can just sing in local bars forever? ..i dont think so.. Thats where you and I have different levels of concept. I've played in front of thousands....BIG DEAL. They were only there cuz they liked a couple songs from the artists I was playing with. BUT when there are people that enjoy your music at for example a LOCAL BAR, BUT the difference is that they don't want to see you cuz your famous...but just because they GENUINELY like what you do and what your music stands for, that's better than balling in the VIP with the hunnies with mad c notes in my pocket....

my mom grew up around the old spanish reggae, cumbias and merengue of the 80's

so i always heard that music, plus growing up i had no choice but 2 hear hip hop and all the english music, then music like jazz,blues and stuff came from my high school days when i was in the coro or in the band

Vato ask ANY musician....and I mean a MUSICIAN that has studied theory and music history....not just someone who grabs a mic and yells about what the true definition of music means, what reggaeton is. Reggaeton (and this is a fact) goes under the term "Aleatoric Music"

It basically means a "non-complex" kind of music that involves sequencing and REPETITIVE loops. Basically something that when it comes to arranging or composing, there isn't much thought put into it. weirdface

So although reggaeton is a form of music, it is simply a lesser class. wink

It's funny because the most complex kinds of music are two genres that most of you don't give a flying f u c k about. These are Jazz and Classical...these are considered complex and those who compose those genres are mad geniuses. aww
