For those who are into Latin hip hop/urban music, please read on... for those of you who arent... GO AWAY furious


So anywho... I went to this concert and was blown away by the talent that is Mami Uno.  This girl has been around for a bit now, but I've never really paid much attention to her, until that night.  Homegirl has such conviction in her voice, her songs are about 'real issues', not about getting paid millions, drinking out of a diamond encrusted cup or even about riding around in her many Luxurious rides.  She sang about keeping yourself real, about how her life has changed for the better, and also about her man.  And she did this, while still staying true to her upbringing, her culture, her music, her past, and her present.  Mami Uno is awesome.  If you have a chance to check her and hear this girls vocal skills... believe when I say, you'll be blown away.
