the FIFA rankings are base on games and tournaments the team win.

Canada and USA play in the north america division so the only good team  to beat is Mexico. Thats also why Mexico is on the top 10 (chances  are that mexico will make every wolrd cup, thats why the player Castillo deside to play for maxico and not uruguay)

THe sur americanos or comenbol play in a more competitive division, so thats why canada is above Ecuador, Canada won a copa de oro a few years ago and also finish 3 on the last one (i tinhk). So canada has more POINTS that Ecuador.

Y porque no podria ser ? Just because it is a new team with not a lot of experience, it doesn't mean they can't be good.

But you're right, naci ayer asi que que se del soccer ! C'mon Danny, I was going to the stadium to watch games when you where not even walking, maybe born actually.

And what do you think. Soccer like any other big money sport is like stock market and by buying gears, accessories, tickets, anything related to it, we are contributing to all this.

lol well for starters..fifa rankings r like the stock markets...once a team wins a cheesy game without even trying at times...you reach further to the top...but when we r talking about quality of soccer..lol..you guys are going to tell me canada has better soccer then ecuador? haaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaahaaaaaaaaa...u cant be serious  disbelief.gif..

Sure, you're right DB. We know it is not exact science but it does give a good averall picture.

And I think that pple that do not about soccer and work in the higher sphere of the clubs, ass. etc.....do take them very seriously.
