Argentina fougth for that victory, they didn't give up and tried until the last minutes.
EL ultimo partido cerro' con broche de oro el campeonato. La mayoria de la gente quedo' satisfecha por tener la oportunidad de ver futbol de calidad en una tierra que no es considerada futbolista. Chile jugo' un juego magnifico tambien, y creo que eso paga la cuenta por el partido anterior. Ambos equipos dieron escuela de futbol a los jugadores y aficionados de Canada.
Congrats to Argentina, que en mi opinion played smarter than Chile in that semis game (refereing aside), just like Chile dove and complained left right and centre against Portugal. As much as it sucks, it's part of the game.
Still proud of Chile though, they had an amazing tournament and just won below FIFA poll:

P.S.: Toselli should have been given an award, he was by far the best goalie of the tournament and even broke Taffarel's long standing record since the 80's of most minutes without conceding a goal.

Honestly, no, I don't think so Do I think that the ref sucked big time? yes, absolutely Do I think the Argentinians dove like crazy (however, many dives were still fouls, but ended up in yellow cards, because of the dives)? yes, and I think it sucks and it takes away a lot from the game Do I think that any of the three goals were product of a bad ref? no, I don't think so Every goal was well merited, and none questionable. If you'll argue that argentina won because chile got one player kicked out early in the game... well, it wasn't the refs fault that the player decided to TRY to kick the ball to a player on the floor, out of play.. THAT is an automatic red card, to a chilean player, chinese player or what have you... and the player knows that. And IMO was well called Besides, did you check the stats of this game?
