Yeah, I agree. When I used to drink coffee, it was like I was giving them a physics question to work on.
Last time I ordered a small double double for my co-worker and got myself a water. I changed my mind and said, "Make it a medium dbl dbl instead please." and she gave me this look and said, "Ok, so one small dbl dbl, one medium dbl dbl, and a water?"
Or the other time when I said to put both on one tab, she said, "Well, I already entered your water." So I said, "Then just ADD the coffee!"
I find some Tim's employees have some serious attitude. Mind you, I understand how busy they are but c'mon..............
Anyway, I'm with you on this one G!!!!

Normally I don't drink TH, I rather to make my own coffe, I get my coffee beans and I grind them. Today i was late and I didnt have time to make coffee...so I stopped in the glorified TM. I can not belive how hard could be to make a Double Double when those retards have everything Premeasured.....it was like drinking pee....
Don't know what is the hype about TH. Im gonna change the name to Sh|t hortons.
