life is such that at some point, someone will treat you badly. other times, maybe you will treat someone badly (if you can say you've been good to everyone always, you must be a saint). it may happen again.. who knows

look to the future and not the past. quit causing yourself so much grief. every experience you have, good or bad, you have to learn from. even if some guy treats you badly, you've still learnt certain traits in people _not_ to look for.

i don't want to seem harsh.. i'm just saying that what you are doing is not good for your overall health.
