Yeah I am lucky that it's pretty laid back here.  We always know when clients or big shots from Boston are in town so unless we have an off site meeting it's pretty casual.  It didn't used to be that way when I first started it was pretty strict but we have a great easy going VP now that is laid back.

Chile- yes, they have to be 'dress sandals'. No beach sandals. Even though i sometimes dress really casual.
They should allow it Everywhere every friday i think.

Yes, i agree with chile. I can 't stand to wear closed toed shoes in the summer. Way too hot.

I luv this summer fashion its sooo laid back & confy. I mean it can go both ways, if u know who to dress it up.

I like the bright colours and how they all mix and match... but I hate it when girls go overboard and look like a 70's trippy rainbow. 

Wedges are awesome.  Big glasses are awesome as well. I love the babydoll dresses, they hide the tummy well nod.gif. 

Another thing I love about summer is the little amount of clothing one has to wear, the shorter the better nod.gif

I don't mind the feminine looks. But the bright 80's gives me eye cavity candy colors?!! no gracias.
The wdges, i totally am in lusting love with. Almost all the shoes i have are wedge. At leats 4 pairs. AND i've had those for a few years now, so they've been in way before now. I know, i'm ahead of my fashion time. toocool.gif

Yeah the baby doll dress is really meant for the Nicole Richie type

What is your favorite summer trend this year?
