His assistant is. My mother doesn't speak english, she always translated for her. He is canadian.

Hello,

I need your advice. My mother's dentist did a horrible job with her denture, to the point that the denture is useless.

I talked to him directly today and he said that he has to do a new one but my mother has to pay the whole amount again because is not his fault that the denture didn't fit her due to the material he used. He is charging another $1,300 for the new one, he is so "generous" that he is make her a $250.00 discount.

Where can I go and exposure my mother's case?
