Yes, as Alonso mentioned we will be having a special latin long weekend event at BUDO... one of the better clubs in the district.

Seriously, though, I've been to HN a couple of times and the place is really, really nice (it's just around the corner for me). Like Babes said, they reserve whole sections for people who wanna celebrate birthdays. The food is to die for... supposedly Latin or Cuban, but the chefs are very fancy schmancy and give it that gourmet touch. They have a really nice patio, with bar outside and everything. A lot of gino music too. Alberto Alberto and his band play on Saturdays. The only minus is that the dance floor is a little small, and a lot of white chicks go there to socald dance and elbow you left right and centre. Other than that, it's the kind of place Princessa would love. Apparently they have the most extensive martini selection east of the GTA... I wouldn't know, though. I'm a scotch and water kinda girl, but I always ask them to hold the scotch.

like i said, i guess will have to check it out
is the band playing the whole night?
or is there a dj that plays spanish music?

X- take HWY 401 to SALEM RD.
- Take SALEM RD North and take that all the way to Kingston rd.

its in timbucktoo!! Pickering or Ajax something like that i been once to celebrate a bday and it was beautiful so classy and nice totally different crowd then what u find here!!

Hey Princesa!- I have been to Havana Nights and its pretty nice in there- very classy and they have great food. On Saturdays, they have a live Cuban band playing the classics! Alot of ppl. go there. Trust me, its not as booney-ville as you think :)

Management is really friendly there too, so if you want to reserve a whole section they can do it for you. But you have to call fast, they get booked up easy.

In my opinion, I think it would more of a celebration in this type of atmosphere rather than yougoing to a club that doesn't have a personal feel.

GENIE- have you gone? I've been there a few times and on all occassions, I've always had a great time.

Why not do a private party at that place that DC and Genie had their party?

Good dancefloor, lots of space, a bar, and an added bonus: a table with cheese.

I'm sure you can find a DJ around here that plays everything.

Why don't you celebrate at an English club?? I did mine at C Lounge this year and i LOVED it!!! We had the VIP section and bottle service!! The DJ was awesome and the place is really nice.
