Saturday: went shopping, took my kid to a birthday party, eat, drank, had fun got together with some friends.
Sunday: slept in, cleaned, grocery shopping, cooked and finally went to sleep
and today I feel like this , I am really tired, but the weekend was nice weather

Next time you're in timbuktu give me at least a call.
Ingrata!!!
@ Julie: Port Perry... Best ice cream in the world (though Huntsville's was pretty good too). Right across from the park (the one near the lake). Also the best chocolate in Ontario @ The Nutty Chocolatier. Port Perry = Heaven on Earth.
As for dinner, you can check out Gretzkys, Jack Astors,
Ve a avenue road you can find a very nice restaurants there
or Danforth...there are 3 very good restaurants...
What about the other restaurants that I listed? I chose common ones and I chose unique ones AROUND the ACC as she requested. I don't think she wants to drive around after to eat and then to drive all the way back to Cambridge.

MJ where are you I am leaving work in 1 hour...... I need your suggestions..........
Never fear!!! MJ's here!!!!!!
So yeah, here's what I would do. TRUST ME ON THIS ONE!
I would take the subway or the GO. Since you don't seem too keen on public transit, then take the Gardiner and get off at Yonge St. Drive N but don't go past Front St. Make a right on The Esplanade and you will see a parking lot right there. It looks like it's part of a building. Once you park in there, walk out the same way you came in and you will see across the street the bus terminal. Walk through that to Bay Street and you're right at the ACC!!
As for dinner, you can check out Gretzkys, Jack Astors, East Side Marios, Penelopes (Greek), Spring Roll, The Hot House (great food and it's a variety of things), Vagabondo (good Italian), Richtree, Ki (Japanese), or perhaps a street dog.
Anway, once you get back to your car, take the Jarvis St. exit and from there jump on the Gardiner!
Hell, if you want, I can wait for you down here and show you where to go. You'll probably be here by the time I get off work.

Thank you MJ.... That is really nice of you.... But lets hope that is not necessary.... Hey can I call you if I get lost? Do you have a number? I swear I won't call you if is not necessary

@ Yesi, I suggest you pack a good lunch and go. No not that much but @ the ACC, the food is expensive and we are talking about hot dog, pizza etc...
Ask MJ, she knows the area pretty well.
Thank you Julie
@MJ.... so what's around the ACC? Restaurants?
Oh, Yesi, I'd take the Go train if I were you. I HAAAAAATE driving downtown... Plus the trains run until late at night. The ACC is right across from Union station. You can go to any restaurant in the area: Shopsy's is right on Wellington & Yonge (about a block north from Union Station). There's a bunch of good restaurants along Front St (including Hernando's Hideaway, a very good mexican restaurant, just East of Bay @ Front) and also on King Street, again, a short walk from Union Station. Check Toronto.com and it tells you what's around the ACC.
Thank you

SHE IS SO NOT GOING TO INVITE U TO THE WEDDING NOW!!!!
We don't even know each other!!!!
Yeap MJ is right we don't know each other . Anyway what do you mean I am screwed? There is no other possible way to drive to the ACC?
I Shiat.....
@ Confu are you still in Toronto? I thought you were going to Ecuador??
Well, if you leave by 4, I think you'll be ok. You might as well just take the QEW, to the Gardiner, and get off at Yonge or Bay or wherever you want to park. The Gardiner might be packed since Lakeshore is closed. OR, you can always park at Kipling station and take the subway down.
Me, Subway, not thanks...... I will get lost.... I have not gone on a bus or Subway in 7 years......
So thanks MJ, I will do that..... Any good places to eat around the ACC?
@Confu, get packing women... Are you taking little man with you?
I took my little monkey to the Toronto Symphony Orchestra for a youth concert... we walked around Kensington Market, Chinatown, the entertainment district.... He LOVED it.

Oh what a night !
