I personally dont know why foro is dying, but its sad that it is. I loved spending days on end on foro, while my work piled up beside me on my desk... but it didnt matter that I was on the brink of being fired for my lack of commitment to my job, I was happy being on foro... posting on foro.... laughing on foro.... crying on foro..... ahhhh the memories of my first foro love. I agree with The Ninja. Facebook Foro is ok and fun at times, but it will never have the content to kill or take over for TH Foro.

I agree, new blood. And there's nothing wrong with FB foro. It's just a little place to post whatever, not meant to take away from this glorious monstrosity. I think of it as a homebase for us foroers while surfing FB.

Ok this is my input...

I don't think double, triple, cuadruple accounts is the problem remember when anonymous were allowed...the foro Enthusiasm was good...good fights, good discussions...Now we have duplicated accounts...

I don't think is because some Foro members are not longer here....that would make us sort of co-dependents.

I don't think is MyFacebook blame....I belong to other boards and they are really active regardless, Facebook, MySpace, My****e, Mywhatever.

I think this Foro became like a Marriage....we spent too much time together, we ate together, we ??? together, we did alot together,we disclosed everything...and few years later is not fascinating anymore...it's just okay.....

The foro became like the old wife and my face book is the Young sexy Blond...You know you keep looking both of them just to spice it up....

Ok I think that X is right. I mean everyone in on facebook and I find myselg going back and forth. Its time consuming and I end up not posting after I read everything that is going on. I like this foro and I will definately help is we need to keep it alive. I will try to comment more on threads even if it means repeating what others have posted. jajajajaja.....

My english is not very good looking but I will try hahahahaha

I still like the foro, but maybe with all the other fancier forums people are being drawn to, this place looks like slum.
I mean, on the other ones you can cuztomize, personalize, you name it. Perhaps we should have Admin pimp our Foro. That way we'd get the oldies back and this place will be like it was before.

Unless Admin is doing it on purpose, and keeps the place simple to keep us away?

I think the biggest down fall of the foro was the double accounts and all the hating that was going on at one point.
I always said that all that was just going to drive people away.
Anyways, today was one of the best days here at foro in a long time not many people posted but the ones that did gave some good input and at the same time made some funny remarks....all in all no hating.
The only way foro is going to keep on going is by people participating like they used to.
Another thing, having the facebook foro was okay at first but now i find it that it takes away from this one, what i mean is that people start threads or reply over there and to tell u the truth, I don't like that foro even tho I'm second in command

thats my input for now......will be back later.

Admin can add/remove features all they want, but it's the topics and the people participating that will keep this place going.
