New York is big. Maybe that's why they call it the Big Apple. It's big. And it's no fun to do sightseeing in a big city when there's freezing rain and chilly wind gusts all day, but wow, what a place. I also didn't know that there are so many latinos in New York. Honestly, I didn't know. Everywhere you go, there's latinos. Swear to God, I didn't know. We tried to see as much as we could, but I guess that's virtually impossible in a couple of days. We got to see a lot of La Guardia airport, though, 'cause we spent almost a whole day there, plus we visited the Ottawa airport and got to spend the rest of that day there. And this is what I'm bringing next time I visit either one of those two airports...
Other than that, New York is big. A big, big, big kind of expensive city. It's nice, though. And it has a LOT of history. And a lot of latinos.
No way!!!Hmm, i wonder if that has to do anything as to why Spanish is the second language in the old U.S. of A!!! Oh wait...by golly i got it.....now that explains it all!!

Victoria Secret or Victoria Chisme... I wasn't about to start doing ANY shopping. I just wanted to get the hell outta there...
BTW, La Guardia airport sucks hairy legs compared to Ottawa and Pearson. One thing is has, though, is a lot of latinos working there. Did I mention that already? Not so in Canada. No rostros there.

New York is huge and Buffy if you go back I would suggest doing a tour. We did one and it was just $70 for a whole days worth of stuff. We went to the United Nations, Empire State building, Ellis Island, Ground Zero + St Pauls church(those 2 sites are a must see), Rockerfellar centre, China Town and the tour ended in Times Square.
My only regret was not taking a video camera, but I do have 3 hours worth of video on my camera phone.
