 I lost mine this past summer and i went to the ministry and i paid $20 to get a new one. They give itto you on the spot!!

You can go to the one inside my building. IT does not take that long! They are open until 6 or 7pm. BUt you can go during your lunch hour!!

Vehicle permit=licence plate#
Ownership and registration are the same thing (the green paper you lost)
They make you fill out a small form..Bring your drivers licence, your plate number and address (the one they have in the system right now) that should be enough
If you have more than one car registered to your name they might ask you for it's VIN, or they might ask for it anyway (it's on the bottom, driver's side corner of you windshield..on your dashboard)
Don't freak out, the car is obviously in the system, so it'a very simple process

No. The first one is, como su nombre lo dice claramente, the vehicle permit. The second one, the ownership. And so on and so forth.

I lost my ownership too 3 years ago. I went to the ministry and they re-issued it for $15
You can make an address change while you are there.

Crap!  Damn Ministries have doctors hours!!! 

What do I have to bring?  My insurance, my licence, and my car???  (Do I point to it and say, "That's my sexy gas guzzling bee-otch!"?)
