Shortly after the former Playboy model died pictures were released of her and Gibson lying fully clothed in bed and embracing.

One shot shows Anna Nicole presenting Gibson with a Rolex watch.

She moved to the Bahamas last year and was granted residency status, before giving birth to daughter Dannielynn.

It was claimed Gibson had fast tracked Anna Nicole's residency, meaning Dannielynn was a Bahamian citizen and could escape from the paternity battle raging in the US.

The model-and-actress died on February 8 after being found unconscious in a hotel room. Her will left everything to her son Daniel, who died in September last year.
