Like God said if you have a software use it. Especially if it's an Ipod. But if it's just a standard MP3 player the quickest thing to do is click on the Start button, go to "My computer" and look for a device that says "removable disk" Once you open that you can drag all your MP3 songs into that folder and it will transfer.
PLease someone correct me if I'm wrong, BUT i think if you right click on the song (or you can pick more than one song if you chose your songs while pressing "Ctrl") and go to "send to" you'll get a list, and your MP3 player should be on that list (assuming you pluged into your laptop) and just click on that.. and it should send it I think
